H.I.K.E. route
The 'H.I.K.E (Help Is Kindly Encouraged) route' is the walk taken by an individual when needing to solve a problem. Having been stumped by how to escape from the impending doom of not solving the situation themselves assistance is sought from colleagues. A walk around to office looking for willing colleagues to help talk through and solve the problem.

Round Zero
Stating the bloody obvious, i.e. is a zero, round? Of course it is!
I think we have had a 'round zero' moment. Teaching grandmother to suck eggs again. To be avoided at all costs as too many round zero moments leads to reduced team spirit.
